 Claude comes by his musical interest inherently; as a Travis Tritt loving, teenage drummer, he may have known very little about his family’s musical roots, but he knew he wanted to make music Surrounding himself with a like-minded circle of friends, Claude found his passion and realized an ever-growing desire to broaden his knowledge and skills.

 Beginning his career as a drummer, Claude moved into centre stage as he pursued his love of singing and strumming guitar. This musical evolution led to the wild mashup of styles that made Claude Holtz the well-rounded artist that he is acclaimed for today. Citing influences like Alan Jackson, Eddie Rabbitt, Dwight Yoakam, and Clint Black, Claude’s love of music drove him into the professional scene, following in the footsteps of professional country artists like the Great George Strait and many others.
